6/18 CAST-USA Convention with keynote from NSF

CAST-USA Greater New York Chapter will hold its 2005 annual convention
on June 18, 2005 at New York Marriott Hotel Financial Center, 85 West
Street, New York City from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM.

Seats are limited and reservation is required.

This year's convention has one IT/EE session "Opportunities in IT &
Engineering Service Industry" chaired by Prof. Zhixiong Chen of Mercy
College; and one Biomedicine session "Challenges on Biomedicine
Technology" chaired by Prof. Yuanshan Zhu of Cornell University.

We also created a Ph.D. Student Thesis Poster Competition session,

chaired by Prof. John (Jizhong) Xiao of CUNY, for university Ph.D.
students in Greater New York area to participate.
