Porter Bibb, Managing Partner, MediaTech Capital Partners
Porter Bibb has more than 40 years experience as a senior investment banker specializing in media, entertainment, and technology ventures. For over 15 years, he was principal, senior partner and director of investment banking at Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Today, he is managing partner of MediaTech Capital Partners, a private merchant bank specializing in media and technology investments worldwide.
Formerly a White House Correspondent for Newsweek magazine, he was also the first Publisher of Rolling Stone Magazine and former Corporate Development Director for The New York Times Company. He is the author of several books, including the best-selling biography of Ted Turner (Random House, 1993/1997).  He has spent more than 30 years doing business in China and helped finance and build the first commercial film animation studio in the PRC in l981. He is currently raising capital for a new all-sports television network in China and will discuss his newest venture, the China Finance Center, a permanent conference and trade exposition site to open in Rockefeller Center later this year.
Louis Ho, Director, New York Office, Hong Kong Trade Development Council
Louis Ho assumed his position as Director, New York Office, Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) in 2001 following a career with HKTDC that spans more than 20 years.  He oversees Hong Kong's global trade strategies across a broad range of industrial sectors including, garment and related accessories, toys, jewelry, timepieces, furniture, hardware, auto-parts and accessories, and machine tools.
As an expert in international marketing, Mr. Ho has worked in HKTDC offices in London, Miami, Tokyo and Hong Kong.  Among his varied responsibilities he has managed HKTDC¡¯s promotional activities throughout the Americas, the Middle East and Africa, and has developed and implemented trade strategies between Hong Kong and Japan.
Mr. Ho earned his BBA from Gonzaga University, Spokane, Wash. and attended the Harvard Business School Executive Program in Hong Kong.
Mario Kyd, President, Managing Partner, Unlimited Horizons
Mario Kyd is President and Managing Partner of Unlimited Horizons, Inc., an equity investment firm founded by senior executives with extensive domestic and international experience. The firm seeks to invest in mid-sized manufacturing, distribution and service businesses.
Mr. Kyd has 25 years of experience in global business leadership, private equity and finance. He spearheaded the management of transactions including corporate turnarounds, acquisitions and divestments as well as the formation of partnerships, JV and companies in the Americas, Asia and Europe. He has been the President and CEO of a global coating and materials company and his management career includes involvement in a wide variety of industries ranging from metalworking, machine tools and building materials to advanced materials, electronics and business services.
He is the Chairman and President of the International Executive Resources Group, Inc. (IERG).
Daniel Lou, Market Management Consultant, New York Life
Daniel joined New York Life Insurance Company in May 2001 as a member of the Chinese Market Unit of the Company¡¯s Agency Department. He has helped develop and execute the New York Life¡¯s overall Chinese Market strategies since and helped the company achieve its dominant market position in Chinese American market in the United States.
A first generation immigrant, Daniel graduated from China¡¯s Peking University with a Bachelor of Art degree. He came to pursue advanced studies in journalism at the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism in September 1993 and graduated with a Master of Science degree in May 1994. He started his professional career in the United States first as in intern for Institutional Investors magazine. Then he was recruited by World Journal--the largest Chinese language daily newspaper in the United State as a full-time reporter in August 1994 and worked for the publication for 7 years before he joined New York Life.
Daniel is also a co-founder and president of Chinese Investors Association.
Winston Ma, CFA and Esq., Vice President, JP Morgan Securities
Winston Wenyan Ma, CFA and Esq., is a Vice President at JP Morgan Investment Bank in New York, where he is a member of an investment banking structuring and solution team across equity, fixed income, M&A, and cross-border transactions. He is one of a small number of native Chinese that have worked as an investment banker and practicing capital markets attorney in both the United States and China.
I n his new book ¡°Investing in China¡ªNew Oppportunities in a Transforming Stock Market¡± (Risk Books, 2006), he brings a unique insight to this increasingly important focus for international investment. He has been widely quoted in the World Street Journal, Bloomberg News, TheStreet.com, Euromoney, Derivatives Week, and Structured Products magazine as a China investment expert, and he was recently interviewed by SinoTV, a multicultural TV station in Manhattan, on his unique career path and ¡°Investing in China.¡±
His career started in 1997 when he joined the UK law firm Freshfields in Shanghai, China with joint-degrees in Chinese law and electronics materials. He came to the United States late 1997 as a Hauser Scholar at the NYU Law School for the Master of Comparative Law degree, leading to his current capacity as the 2005-2008 term Secretary of the Foreign and Comparative Committee at the New York City Bar Association (ABCNY).
After the NYU law school, he joined the New York Office of Davis Polk & Wardwell as a US capital markets lawyer, where he excelled in the structured equity transactions with his strong quantitative backgrounds. In spring 2000, Mr. Ma was an international visiting professor at the University of Richmond Law School, teaching a course on China¡¯s Corporations and Securities Laws. To pursue his more business-oriented role, he went to the University of Michigan Business School in 2001 for MBA, and the New York Times captured his action-packed career story in a Sunday Business issue.
Mr. Ma has a MBA degree from the University of Michigan Ross Business School and a Master of Comparative Jurisprudence (MCJ) from the New York University School of Law, where he was a Hauser Global Scholar. Before that, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Law degree from Fudan University Materials Science Department and School of Law respectively in Shanghai, China.
Geoffrey Milton, Partner, CIS Capital Solutions LLC
Geoffrey Milton is an expert in emerging markets and bank regulatory matters, having operated on 5 continents. Geoff began his career with Bank of America after graduating with a Degree in Economics from London University. He has served on the Boards of Misr America International Bank in Egypt, ABC Futures & Bullion in Singapore, Banco ABC Brasil in Sao Paulo and Union Bank of Bangkok in Thailand. He has also chaired the American Business Group in Cairo, was a Member of the Founding Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt, and remains a Board Member and Vice President of the Arab Bankers Association of North America. He co-chaired the Coordinating Committee for National Bank of Brunei and was a member of the Advisory Committee to restructure Brazil¡¯s international debt. In New York, he has served on the Board of Trustees and Executive Committee of the Institute of International Bankers and chaired their Legislative and Regulatory Committee. He is currently also a Member of the Advisory Board to the Middle East Institute in Washington DC and, in addition, has served in Jordan and Yemen with the Financial Services Volunteer Corps.
He is a Fellow of the Foreign Policy Association, a member of the Economic Club of New York and a member of the Lotos Club. Geoffrey is based in New York.  
Michael Nocera, CEO, Barrow Street Advisors
Michael J. Nocera is presently CEO of Barrow Street Advisors, LLC. BSA is in the business of advising U.S. and Asian companies seeking to make strategic entries into the emerging markets or the U.S., source capital, or establish joint ventures.  Mr. Nocera's clients have included Hong Kong-based Inter-Asia Venture Management Ltd., Dagong Global Credit Rating Company and China Shanghai Seeinglong Bio-Tech Pharmaceuticals, Ltd. He also serves as the Executive Director of the Hong Kong Association of New York since November, 2003. Mr. Nocera also serves as an Economic Development Advisor to the Laoshan Hi-Tech Zone, Qingdao, China
Previously, Mr. Nocera was the President of New York Life International, the international subsidiary of New York Life Insurance Company, until February 2000. Mr. Nocera was the primary architect of, and implemented, NYLI¡¯s China entry strategy.  Mr. Nocera also was responsible for the establishment of NYLI¡¯s joint venture in India in late 1999 with New Delhi-based Max India, which was the first foreign joint venture to receive a license to operate in the newly liberalized life market. In Thailand, he was responsible for establishing NYLI¡¯s joint venture with Siam Commercial Bank, Thailand¡¯s oldest commercial banking institution. Mr. Nocera initiated NYLI¡¯s dialogue with the government in Vietnam as a predicate to establishing its operations in that country and oversaw the company¡¯s license application in the Philippines.
Mr. Nocera has been in the financial services industry for over 25 years. His career began at the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission where he was a Branch Chief in the Division of Corporation Finance. Mr. Nocera has held a variety of investment banking positions focusing on direct investments at E. F. Hutton, PaineWebber and New York Life Insurance Company.  During his career, Mr. Nocera has created unique investment vehicles, publicly and privately offered, and participated in securities offerings which have raised approximately US$1 billion in the U.S. financial markets.  Mr. Nocera has testified before the Congress of the United States and has been a guest lecturer in Shanghai and more recently Dalian and Qingdao.
Mr. Nocera graduated from Boston College with B.A. in Economics and The American University where he graduated with an MBA in Finance with honors. Mr. Nocera is a decorated Vietnam veteran of the U.S. Army.  He lives in New York City with his wife Paula and their son, Jonathan.
Wei Da Wang, District Governor, People¡¯s Government of Laoshan District, Qingdao
Wang Wei Da was born in April 1966 in Qixia, Shandong Province, China. He graduated from Shandong University in June 1989 with a Master¡¯s Degree. Wang Wei Da has since worked in the Economic Commission of Shandong Province and the Administrative Office of Shandong Provincial Government. He was appointed a Deputy Governor of Huangdao District, Qingdao in July 2000 and was appointed the District Governor of Laoshan District, Qingdao in January 2003. He has also served as Chairman of Qingdao New and Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone since. As one of the promising young and middle-aged civil servant, he was sent to study in the United States for a half year in 2004.
During his term serving in Laoshan District¡ªa district that has produced world-known companies such as Haier and Hi-Sense, Laoshan has achieved remarkable progress. He has not only set a policy of governing with transparency, responsibility and integrity but also help cultivate a strong hi-tech industry noted for innovations in electronics, telecommunications and ocean bio-pharmaceutics. The District has also achieved rapid growth in tourism and gained a regional and national fame. In 2005 Laoshan achieved its No. 1 position in terms of comprehensive economic development in Shandong Province, one of the top economic powerhouses in China.

Good day, sun shines!
There have were times of troubles when I didn't know about opportunities of getting high yields on investments. I was a dump and downright pessimistic person.
I have never imagined that there weren't any need in large initial investment.

Hey, i have been having alot of problems wit my CPU and its been very slow and i keep getting those Online Spam pop ups where you get those fake virus scans. I also have problems downloading Programs and opening and using certin programs. It ether doesnt open or cant find certin programs. I officially got sick of it when i bought a 200$ iPod Touch and cant use it due to Itunes never being able to install and always stoping and saying theres a problem with windows installer in mid installation.
